Italy – Switzerland – Liechtenstein

Milan - is the capital of fashion and business, it is the most stylish, expensive and richest city in Italy, which is quoted on a par with London and Paris for lovers of shopping and luxury. But not only for the above-mentioned things is the capital of Lombardy famous for. Here you can come across such attractions and sights as the marvelous cathedral of Duomo - the unique creation made of white marble which was being build during 6 centuries, the Sforza Castle, which is enlisted among the World Heritage sites of UNESCO, the church of Santa Maria Delle Grazie, where the world-renowned legendary mural by Leonardo da Vinci "Last Supper" and many other equally interesting monuments of history and culture are located.

Liechtenstein - is situated in the Alpes, on the borders between Switzerland and Austria. It is one of the smallest microstates in the world with a territory of 160 square km. The population is about 38.000 people, the capital is Vaduz. The official language in Liechtenstein is German and the local currency is the Swiss franc. The Empire of Liechtenstein boasts for its century-old history, the evidence and testimonies of which still remain and delight the eyes of visitors. The Vaduz Castle is one of those testimonies- it is the official residence of the ruling dynasty now. One of the most interesting natural attractions of Liechtenstein is the "Three Mountains" rocks. This is how the locals call the three impressive rocky peaks which erect over the border with Austria. They are part of the Alp System and form a natural landmark between two neighboring countries.

The town of Lucerne without exaggeration can be called the pride of the Alpine Republic. Bridging over the banks of Lucern and stretching on the feet of the Mount Pilatus, this place literally captures tourists with its picturesque landscapes and nature attractions. While walking along the ancient streets of the town, it is quite easy to transfer to the fairy tales by Brothers Grimm, the old gingerbread houses alure every passer-by to walk inside and look around.

Stein am Rhein and Rhine Falls - it is one of the most beautiful small Swiss towns located over the river Rein, at the beginning of the Lake Constance. The charm of this medieval picturesque town will not leave any tourist indifferent. The Fortification of the Hohenklingen Palace erects high, over the Old Town of Stein am Rhein. Climbing it will reward you with breathtaking views of the southern Hegau, Lake Constance and the river Rhine. Stein am Rhein is, surely, not large, in fact, it consists of an extraordinarily attractive street in the center of the marvelous old town and a typical Swiss village in the vicinity of the city center.
