Barcelona - Zaragoza - Madrid - Valencia - Toledo - Costa Brava - Girona - Barcelona.

Barcelona after Madrid is the second-largest city in Spain with a population of 3,200,000 people. The city is quite innovative, it is a center of diversity having a rich cultural heritage and impressive architecture. The main architects of the city - Antoni Gaudi and Lluis Domenech I Montaner made this European city world-renowned by their modernistic approaches. Gaudi's Magnum Opus is considered to be the famous Sagrada Familia as well as Park Guell, La Pedrera and Casa Batllo.

Zaragoza - The city is famous for its folklore, local gastronomy, and landmarks such as the Basilica del Pilar, La Seo Cathedral and the Aljaferia Palace. The last two buildings along with the Mudejar Architecture of Aragon are enlisted as a UNESCO World Heritage. The city was named in honor of Mexican General Ignacio Zaragoza who defeated the French invasion in the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862.

Madrid is an economical and industrial center and the capital of Spain. It is the home of 3 million people. Madrid is also the residence of the Royal family, the Spanish Government and a large number of national institutions. The city has a long and interesting history, there is a big amount of monuments, galleries, and museums that allure art-lovers all over the world.

Valencia has around 1.5 million inhabitants. It has its large share of foreigners, attracted by the fast-developing economy and available employment. Valencia's gothic cathedral dates to the 13 -14th centuries, built in the modified styles of Renaissance, baroque and neoclassicism. The MUST-SEE sights of the city are Torres de Serranos, LA Lonja de la Seda, Valencia Cathedral, El Miguelete, Plaza de la Reina, Central Market, Colo՛n Market, etcetera.

Toledo shoulders the responsibility to represent the "City of the Three Cultures" for the cultural influences of Christians, Muslims and Jews reflected in its history. Toledo's historic center was designated as a UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE site in 1986. It is known as the "Imperial City" for having been the main venue of the court of Charles V and Holy Roman Emperor. There are two bridges crossing the river Tagus: in the northeast is the Alcántara Bridge, at the foot of the medieval castle of San Servando, parts of which date from Roman and Moorish times and in the northwest is the bridge of San Martín, dating from the late 13th century. Parts of the walls of Toledo are of Visigothic origin, although most are Moorish or Christian.

Costa Brava is a coastline of sunny blue-flagged beaches in Spain. It displays three amazing National Parks that have huge biological importance for the area. This sea fronted town preserves the wonderful legacy of Salvador Dalí in Empordà; the monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes or the castle of Peratallada; medieval towns such as Tossa de Mar, Púbol or Pals; the ruins of Empúries, a major archaeological site providing a fascinating insight into how the ancient Greeks and Romans lived; the traditional ceramics of La Bisbal; and Girona's old quarter, featuring a superb historical gem, the so-called Jewish quarter.

Girona - is a small town in autonomous Catalonia and the capital of the same name province. It is located in the north-eastern part of the country, upon the river Onyar that divides the town into two parts- the left bank is the part of modernistic constructions, while the right bank is the medieval historical center. Girona is one of the oldest towns in Spain where one of the oldest Jewish quarters is preserved. Throughout history, it has suffered many invasions, which are obviously seen by the existence of powerful fortifications still surrounding the historical center of the town.
